Lauren graduated from Boston College in 2001 with a BA in Psychology. She continued her studies at the Muscular Therapy Institute and graduated in 2005. Lauren also studied at UMass in their Boston's Exercise Health and Science Program from 2008 to 2010. Lauren is certified in Reflexive Performance Reset - RPR®. She is also passionate about working with people diagnosed with cancer and is in the process of training and being certified for Oncology Massage. Lauren enjoys working with all clients and meeting their specific health needs and goals, especially focusing on therapeutic and deep tissue massage. She loves working with runners because she feels she can connect through the sport; Lauren ran the 2014 Boston Marathon raising money for the Krystle Campbell Scholarship Program. Lauren also likes hot and vinyasa yoga and just started playing golf!
