pivotal role and functionality within the body.
Course Content & Objectives:
This hands-on workshop, participants will gain the ability to discern fascial movement,
discern tension levels, and master a variety of tension-
releasing techniques that bridge fascia, skin, muscles, and bones visually and tactually. Myofascial massage is
celebrated for its potential to alleviate pain and broaden movement range, fostering a profound sense of equilibrium throughout the body. You'll learn to navigate and liberate
the fascial landscape effectively.
The curriculum covers foundational myofascial concepts, techniques, terminology, and guidelines for safe practice.
Participants will receive a downloadable handout containing
all the key concepts and techniques.

Location: Berkshire Community College Main Campus, Room H302 on Friday, 10/18 and Sunday, 10/20. Room G12 on Saturday 10/19 (please bring a portable massage table just on Saturday)
