Massage Therapist Course: Addressing Movement & Flexibility
Course Outline: To learn how to address your client’s flexibility, strength and balance. We need a balance of strength, flexibility and rigidity for optimal movement. We will cover techniques that address strength / flexibility between; muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and joints. This will help your clients to become more pliable and allow for stronger and healthier daily movements and athletic performance. There will be a strong emphasis on incorporating client movements; both active and passive into your treatments.
Course Goals: Learn effective approaches to help clients address their movement limitations, by providing customized treatments to meet their specific needs. This course will cover:

Myofascial Release Course for Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorder
Course Overview: This specialized course is designed for massage therapists, physical therapists and healthcare professionals seeking to deepen their understanding and skills in managing Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorders. The class focuses on the application of myofascial techniques to alleviate pain and improve function in patients with TMJ dysfunction.

Advanced Myofascial Techniques
Exploring Depths of Myofascial Work
Anna Gammal and Roger Olbrot are pleased to announce that they will be teaching an Advanced Myofascial Techniques class in Bountiful Utah. This 20 hour class will help you explore the use of myofascial techniques for the following; TMJ disorders, headaches, upper limb neurological conditions, working with herniated discs, SI Joint dysfunction, and scar tissue work. Learn ways to use myofascial techniques in novel ways to assist eliminating pain and discomfort and increase range of motion in the aforementioned body parts. CEU credits earned.

About Us: Anna and Roger have been teaching together for 18 years. They we co-directors for the massage at the Athens Olympics/Paralympics. Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing system that is used to promote healing, reduce stress, and increase relaxation. Reiki uses the laying of hands and is simple, natural, and safe. By the end of class, you will know how to use Reiki on yourself, your family, your pets, and even your plants! It’s wonderful to use all on its own, but can be combined with massage therapy and other healing modalities. Manual and Certificate included.
