What to Expect

NEW CLIENTS

New clients need to complete a medical history form, which includes a liability waiver. The client will receive a brief posture analysis performed by the massage therapist before the treatment. This will give the client an understanding of the treatment that will meet his/her goals. 

DRAPING

The client is always draped by clean linens. Only the area being massaged will be uncovered.  

FEEDBACK POLICY

Feedback is very important and highly encouraged during and after the treatment. Open communication during the therapy session is very beneficial. It increases the client's satisfaction and educates them about what they are experiencing.  

payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of the session. Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, checks, cash, and gift certificates are accepted. 

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy 

24-hour cancellation policy is afforded in order to serve our clients in the best way possible. If your scheduled time is inconvenient, please reschedule in order to avoid the appointment charge. 

 

For cancellations or postponements within 24 hours, the client will pay half of the session fee. You will be asked to pay in full if you miss your appointment without prior cancellation. 

 

Late Policy 

If you arrive late for a scheduled treatment, you will receive therapy for the remaining time scheduled for the treatment. If the therapist's schedule permits, some accommodation may be possible. 

Pre-Treatment Recommendations 

In order to receive full benefit from the treatment, it is highly recommended that clients refrain from eating a large meal at least two hours before the treatment. Also, please do not drink alcoholic beverages prior to the treatment session.
