Description: Body n’ Beyond offers a supportive environment for those new to yoga or for those who are looking to assure proper form and to refine their alignment. The beginner class, rooted in Hatha, will slow down the pace and look at the basics of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and movement. This class will help you build a foundation from which to grow. Please dress comfortably and bring a mat and water bottle.
New Moon/Full Moon Yoga
Dates/Sessions: Sunday, April 30th
Time:                 5:00pm-7:00pm
Cost:                  $25 per session

Moon Salutation Yoga
Dates/Sessions: Wednesday, May 10th
​Time: 8:00pm-9:00pm
Cost:  $18 per session

Class Description: The full moon is a powerful time to practice yoga. It allows us to let go of what no longer serves us and helps any intentions we set to flourish under it’s cycle. Join Gina as she guides you through the moon salutation, assists in helping you set your goals toward becoming the best version of yourself and explains the value of setting a beautiful full moon altar to call upon the energy all around.
