Description: Body n’ Beyond offers a supportive environment for those new to yoga or for those who are looking to assure proper form and to refine their alignment. The beginner class, rooted in Hatha, will slow down the pace and look at the basics of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and movement. This class will help you build a foundation from which to grow. Please dress comfortably and bring a mat and water bottle.
Join us for this amazing experience with Anna Gammal! (45 min of Yoga followed by 45 min of Meditation)

Suitable for all levels.

$30 per person


Enjoy 45 minutes of Open Heart Yoga, followed by 45 minutes of Anna Gammal's Open Heart Meditation. This class is wonderful, with the goal for each participant to leave with decreased stress and with increased self-awareness, happiness and peace of mind. Please join us!

If you want to invite a friend, please do! 
Please, dress comfortably, bring a mat, pillow and water bottle. No experience needed.
