She is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, a personal trainer, a Quantum Touch Practitioner, certified in Hypnotherapy and a certified practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). Sandy made the career change to massage therapy after having a running injury which was helped tremendously through massage. Sandy is a strong athlete, running for over 30 years, loves doing triathlons, and just completed three Ironmans. Through massage, Sandy provides athletes of all levels increased flexibility and range of motion which ultimately enhances performance levels and prevents injury. Joe Frazer has worked for the betterment of the massage therapy field for over twenty years as a practitioner, educator, and leader. As a practitioner his focus is on injury, sports massage and rehabilitation.
Joe has created, designed and administered a work-place wellness massage program that focuses on repetitive stress injuries in the workplace for past five years.
Currently, Joe serves on the Massage Therapy Advisory Board for NH Dept. of Health, is licensed in MA and NH and is 2nd VP to the AMTA, NH chapter Board of Directors. He is Nationally Certified. Susan Shaw Saari is a licensed acupuncturist, certified by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine and a board certified Chinese Herbologist and a nationally certified Diplomate in Acupuncture (NCCAOM). She has been a practitioner for 6 years and been in the healthcare field for 10 years. She holds a Master of Education, an MEd, has been licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Education for 23 years, and is a health educator. She holds a Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, MAOM. She is certified in auricular acupuncture by the Auriculotherapy Certification Institute which demonstrates advanced skills in academic and clinical skills in the treatment of various health conditions through the utilization of ear reflex points. She is also a student of Biosynchronistics, a therapeutic method in which gentle hands-on pressure is applied knowledgeably in scientifically coordinated ways to bring your body into balance.

Ann Masse graduated from the 200 hour Body Matrix Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Training with Victoria Haffer at the Ashram in Millis. Her other Yoga studies include YogaFit Teacher Training Level One, YogaFit Props Workshop, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Myofascial Release, Baron Baptiste 40 days to Personal Revolution and AFAA Practical Yoga Instructor Training. Her interest in Yoga started 6 years ago with Hot Power Yoga, Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga.
Ann is a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level I and II practitioner. Reiki treatments help clients feel centered, grounded and empowered. Ann has also been teaching Spinning for 6 years as a certified Star 2 Level Spinning Instructor.
In addition she teaches Girl Power to elementary school girls. This program teaches young girls how to strengthen their self-esteem through exercise and educates them on how to make healthy life choices. Ann has always been passionate about health and fitness her whole life. Kathleen Dustin has enjoyed working at Body n’ Beyond since January of 2011. As Office Manager, she utilizes her strong customer service, marketing, bookkeeping and business administrative skills to keep the office thriving and our valued clients happy. As part of the Body n Beyond team, Kathleen manages the day to day operations as well as, special events including the annual Women’s Retreat, Community Events, and various workshops. Kathleen is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing.

Anna Gammal is a graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, and the founder and owner of Body n' Beyond Massage Therapy in Hopkinton, MA.
Anna was the Co-Director of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games Sports Massage Team. Anna was also a member of the Massage Therapy Team for the 2012 Olympics in London. Anna is also the massage therapist for elite athletes competing in the Boston Marathon since 2004.
Heather Smith, RN BC-HN, LMT, PTA has served as a healthcare practitioner in the field of wellness for 20+ years. She is a registered nurse graduate of QCC, a massage therapist graduate of Bancroft School of Massage, and a physical therapist assistant graduate of Lasell College. She has 20+ years experience in the health and wellness service industry. She works with all ages with varied therapeutic needs; pregnant women expecting and their newborns, children with varying needs, athletes with acute/chronic injuries or recovery needs, general relaxation to manage stress, anxiety and the symptoms of depression, and chronic repetitive injuries due to an individual’s day to day physical demands.
Over her years in practice she has obtained multiple advanced certificates in diverse areas of expertise in massage therapy such as: Pregnancy and infant massage, Pediatric massage (trauma and autism), Massage cupping, Lymphatic drainage and most recently, Oncology massage, caring for people with cancer. Lauren McClain graduated from Boston College in 2001 with a BA in Psychology. She continued her studies at the Muscular Therapy Institute and graduated in 2005. Lauren also studied at UMass in their Boston's Exercise Health and Science Program from 2008 to 2010. She is also passionate about working with people diagnosed with cancer and is in the process of training and being certified for Oncology Massage.
Lauren enjoys working with all clients and meeting their specific health needs and goals, especially focusing on therapeutic and deep tissue massage. She loves working with runners because she feels she can connect through the sport; Lauren ran the 2014 Boston Marathon raising money for the Krystle Campbell Scholarship Program. Lauren also likes hot and vinyasa yoga and just started playing golf!
